If you love to collect the famous Hummel figurines, then you will love this darling Hummel Doll. The “Merry Wanderer” doll was produced in 1990 exclusively for the Danbury Mint by the artisans of W. Goebel Porzellanfbrikof Bavaria Germany. Each doll in the collection is based on a popular M.I. Hummel figurine. This doll’s head, arms and lower legs are crafted from the Same fine hand painted porcelain which was used to create the legendary Hummel figurines. The body is made of cloth. The colors, characteristics of a genuine Hummel, are burnt orange, bright orange, brown, green, tan, and black and all are incorporated in design of this doll. Much detail has gone into making His hand tailored hat, britches, coat, umbrella, and black bag. There are no chips, repairs, damage or crazing. He has only been out of the box to be photographed and has always been in a smoke free, conditioned environment. I am not expert or collector. I sell the item AS IS.
